Birth Doula Support — $1,300 value
Includes two prenatal visits, birth and postpartum planning, unlimited phone/text/email support during pregnancy, continuous emotional and informational support throughout labor, physical support beginning in active labor, up to two hours of immediate postpartum support after birth, and one postpartum follow-up visit.

In-Home Postpartum Doula Support — 30 Hours, $1,200 value
Includes 30 hours of flexible postpartum support after baby arrives. These hours may be used across multiple visits for the areas your family needs most, including newborn care, feeding support, postpartum recovery, babywearing, sibling adjustment, light household support, sleep rhythm guidance, emotional support, and family adjustment.

Postpartum Meal Planning & Prep — $325 value
Includes personalized meal planning, a custom grocery list, and one in-home meal prep session focused on warm, nourishing, mother-centered meals inspired by Ayurvedic principles. Gluten-free and vegan options are available.
