Birth Doula Support includes two prenatal visits, birth and postpartum planning, unlimited phone/text/email support during pregnancy, continuous emotional and informational support throughout labor, physical support beginning in active labor, up to two hours of immediate postpartum support after birth, and one postpartum follow-up visit.

This service is designed to help you feel informed, supported, and confident throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early transition into postpartum life.
